About the event
Marvelous Me is participating in a local authors event! Hosted at Treetops Collective space in Grand Rapids on March 10th - 5 to 7 pm.
The Treetops Book Club, Say No to the Single Story aims to dismiss preconceptions we hold about other groups, cultures and ideas. Our goal is to broaden understanding by learning through the stories shared from many authentic, unique and multifaceted individuals. We are excited to host local authors from West Michigan to share their stories and books with us, while connecting with the Treetops community.
- Authors will have copies of their book available for purchase
- Light refreshments will be provided
- Fun promotions featuring Treetops products will be available
We will have a beautiful assortment of books for sale honoring the immigrant/refugee experience.
